HOW MUCH POSTAGE WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Domestic - $5 flat fee for orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship for free International - $30 flat fee for all countries except Canada, which is $15. But please feel free to e mail us for a custom postage quote - we often can ship overseas for much less.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We usually ship within 1-3 business days after an order is received. Please e mail us any special needs or requests.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We usually use the US Postal Service. Large orders sometimes go UPS. If you have a preference, just let us know!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Worldwide - we ship anywhere USPS and/or UPS will ship to. International customers please feel free to e mail us for a custom postage quote – the system will charge you a $30 flat fee ($20 in Canada) but often we can ship for much less. We will do whatever we can to keep postage costs low! Everyone hates paying postage, including us!
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call or e mail us and arrangements will be made.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Satisfaction guaranteed. Any item can be returned within 5 days of receipt, in its original, unopened condition. The original postage charged is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for paying return postage. However, if the return is due to our error then we will reimburse all postage charges.
